Hello raj.singh25

Oct 18, 2019  If you're using an earlier macOS, such as macOS High Sierra, Sierra, El Capitan, or earlier,. follow these steps to keep it up to date. Open the App Store app on your Mac. Click Updates in the App Store toolbar. Use the Update buttons to download and install any updates listed. Mountain Lion removed the ability to set the frequency of checks for software updates. The default frequency was always a week and it remains so. To change the frequency, open com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist, found in /Library/Preferences, and change the ScheduleFrequency key from 7 to the number of days you prefer.
